Return Policy

Thank you for choosing our online store! We know at Tipi world, that sometimes things don't work out. We're more than happy to replace your item, exchange it for another one, or refund your purchase within 14 days of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and find something wrong with it, you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund, exchange within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Simply contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item via phone or email. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit, minus the shipping cost. If we receive your return and we find that the merchandise has been damaged, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping costs as outlined on our Customer Care page in the Shipping Information section.

Returned items may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% in addition to the shipping & handling charges. Please contact us if you have any questions.

We cannot be held liable for any accidents resulting in personal injury or mishandling that involve any products sold in our website.
